The Beef Brisket and Pork Shoulder have bold flavored rubs and are smoked for 10+ hours to develop a rich "bark" exterior and deep smoke ring. Pork Back Ribs and Whole Chickens have milder spice rubs and are smoked for shorter time to give just the right flavorful touch without going too far. Beef Tri-Tip is rubbed and smoked just until rare then finished on the grill like a steak. The menu is rounded out with appetizers, salads and dessert.
This place is consistently great! Service, food, atmosphere is the best. The pulled pork, chopped salad, potato salad, and their take on the Old Fashioned come highly recommended.
Hole in wall place with amazing brisket and ribs! Friendly service with local owners and even LIVE blues on weekends. Definitely check it out if BBQ and brisket is your thing :)
I had a half order of the pork ribs with the spicy habanero sauce and sides of baked beans and slaw. Just terrific flavor on classic comfort food!! I will get dinner here again!!
I travel a lot and I'm always in the lookout for good BBQ and this place did not disappoint! I had the brisket and it was great!! Next time in back in town this will be my first stop!
Okay...first of all...AMAZING food! A delightful surprise! Secondly, we got a full on private live concert! What a wonderful dinner & environment!
